Ziggo introduced refreshed hero propositions with a new set top box called the Mediabox Next. Smaller, more energy efficient and a lot of new features, including voice control and 4K support.
Our team was asked to deliver the digital flows for the rollout of the Mediabox Next. The rollout consisted of two phases: a controlled launch for specific target groups in our customer base and a full launch later that year for every (prospective) customer.
I was in charge of all major UX deliverables for our digital products and delivered a style guide used for omni channel marketing. Worked closely together with the Visual Designer in my team, Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience, Products and DEPT agency.

The new look and feel of the Mediabox Next
To emphasize the 360 degrees experience of the new TV propositon I came up with a concept for a landing page in which the customer explores the new features while playing around with the new remote control. I borrowed user interface elements from the Mediabox Next and the Ziggo GO app to get the customer acquainted with the new look and feel.
Making animated prototypes to visualize ideas
In the final designs I ditched the idea of using the remote control features. It would only overcomplicate things.
The landing page played an important role in the online flows I designed, taking into account the as is situation.
